This page explains how to request deletion of your Bliss Tracker account and associated data. If your account was created through the Bliss Tracker app, you can request deletion at any time.
How to Request Account Deletion
- In the app: Sign in to Bliss Tracker, open settings, and select "Delete account."
- By email: Send your request to help@petesacco.com from the email address on your account and include the subject line "Delete my Bliss Tracker account".
What Data Is Deleted
When your deletion request is completed, we delete personal data associated with your account, including:
- Account profile details (such as name, email address, and phone number if provided).
- Goals, categories, practices, check-ins, notes, and related app content.
- Account-linked app preferences and identifiers used to operate your account.
What Data May Be Kept (and for How Long)
- Subscription and transaction records: limited billing records may be retained for legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, or dispute handling obligations.
- Security and operational logs: limited server or audit logs may be retained for up to 90 days.
- Legal compliance records: if required by law, specific records may be retained for the legally required retention period.
We process account deletion requests within 30 days. If there is a legal requirement to retain specific records, only the minimum required data is retained.
